Inflatable water slide

It is no doubt that the inflatable water slides are the most popular water toys in each summer, and they are so fun for kids of all ages. When your kid has finished having fun in these water slides, the thing you should do next is drying them thoroughly in order to prevent mold, mildew, and odors. If you prepare to buy a water slide for your kid or your party, and you don’t know how to dry, here are some tips on how to dry them to keep them in good condition.

When the party is over, detach the water from the slide and remove the misting system, if possible. This will prevent parts from rubbing against the slide or puncturing it when you roll it up. It will also prevent the misting hose or bar from becoming weakened and damaged by being folded. Use a hose to rinse off any large areas that are covered with grass, mud, or sand. You will probably not be able to get the unit completely clean since it will be on wet ground, but get it as clean as you can.Open a zipper, but do not turn off the blower yet. Push down on the pool wall so it can drain while the slide is still inflated. This will prevent water from getting into the seams. If the water slide has a liner, remove it while the slide is emptying or after it has emptied. You can transport the liner separately or roll it up with the water slide. Turn off the blower, deflate the water slide, and roll it up.

Take out the slide on the next day and hose or wash it off. Dry puddles with towels and wipe the Velcro areas. Water drops will air-dry.Next, go into the slide through a zippered opening and clean up any puddles inside the unit. Have someone monitor the water slide while you do this so you stay safe. When the water evaporates, it will get humid inside the water slide unit. Leave the zipper open a few inches to allow air to circulate. Flip the slide cover over itself to allow water trapped inside the cover to dry. After it has dried for a few hours, flip the slide cover over itself the other way. Hose off the pool liner and let it dry. After the slide has dried completely, put the vinyl slide cover and pool liner back together, deflate them, and roll them up to store. If your water slide has steps that trap water, remove them and prop them up so they can drain.
